Join us in this lesson to learn about what to do when you are feeling a certain way. Children will go through a chart about what they can do to help their feelings, such as frustrated or angry. This four-step process will help children get through their emotions and understand how to manage them. They will then learn about the feelings box, a box that they can create to have items that would help them cope with certain emotions. Ms. Justina will showcase her feelings box as an example for the class.
